Refund policy

Full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Press “Cancel and refund” in Billing; the refund is automatic and your plan ends at once.

After 7 days you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Renewal payments are not refunded, but if a delivery went wrong, the video is remade automatically, and you can also ask through the help page.
